No services or products are sold through this website, and no payment is taken here. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and browsing the site, emailing us, or booking a call does not create a consulting relationship or any obligation to pay.

Engagements

The scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms of any engagement are governed exclusively by the separate written contract agreed for that project. Where anything on this site differs from that contract, the contract applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
