Vortexia is a focused consultancy. We work with a small number of projects at a time so that each engagement receives proper attention, and we keep the scope of our work deliberately narrow: marketing strategy and brand positioning.

Our approach is to understand the business as it operates today, examine the market it competes in, and reach conclusions that can be stated plainly. We favour thoughtful analysis over volume of output, and practical recommendations over frameworks that are difficult to act on.

Every engagement is advisory and project-based. The scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed in writing for each project before work begins.
